Kshanika Ratnayaka is a Principal of WTP.  She has more than eighteen                    years corporate and entrepreneurial experience in IT and BPO operations,            including serving as the CEO of Computer Systems Limited, one of the                     largest IT companies in Sri Lanka. As the CEO of CSL, she successfully                    grew the company’s revenues by over 100% year-on-year, while                       maintaining profitability and enlisting 40 clients. She also developed strategic            alliances for CSL with multinationals such as SAP, IBM, Citrix and BEA.           Immediately prior to CSL, Kshanika was with IBM.

Kshanika also is a founding Managing Director of C-Level, a global network                  of senior executives from the IT field.  She is intimately familiar with global                  BPO and IT business trends and has advised companies across the world on these matters.
