Abhishek Jain

Abhishek Jain is the CEO of WTP. Abhishek has been a serial entrepreneur, having founded five companies, two of which were successfully acquired and three of which are ongoing and profitable concerns. He also has served as the President of Megasoft, a publicly traded software solutions company with over three hundred employees and operations in seven countries. For the past 5 years, Abhishek has leveraged this experience as a successful principal investor in the software and business services sectors.
Abhishek previously practiced law and was a founding partner in the law firm of Jones Jain, L.L.P., which was acquired by Greenberg Traurig, LLP in 2000. He also served as an attorney with Jones Day Reavis & Pogue. His practice focused primarily on the technology sector, from representing start-up companies on organizational issues and venture capital to advising major technology corporations on their international market penetration strategies. His clients included AOL, Intel, Futuretech and Emerging Technology Solutions, among others.
Abhishek currently sits on the boards of several technology companies and charitable organizations. He is also a Governor-appointed member of the Board of the Virginia Biotechnology Research Park Authority and the Lieutenant Governor's Technology Advisory Board. He also is a past president of the ICEO Council, the largest CEO organization on the East Coast. He holds a B.S. cum laude from Towson State University and a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. |
